Isaias Miciu Nicolaevici was born in Montevideo, Uruguay (1985). He spent the first 8 years of his childhood in the mountain ranges of Cordoba until his family moved to San Martin de los Andes. It is here, in northen Patagonia where he discovered a real passion for fly fishing; so as a fly-fisherman and wild-nature lover, he selected photography as a way to express it. In 2006 he was hired to work as a photographer in the Caribbean where Isaias did a number of varied courses to improve his photography skills. A few years later in Argentina, he did a workshop with Theo Ribeiro (Brasil) acquired extensive knowledge in digital tecnology. As an assistant to his brother Eliseo Miciu (featured photographer) he travelled throughout Argentina working on a number of productions; notably he was deployed in a National Geographic production and in advertising campaigns for the province of Salta and many others companies and ranches. Later Isaias participated in an advretising production for BERETTA of Italy with the great photographer Marcos Furer who he considers a source of inspiration. Recently he made a trip arround the Nordic countries and Russia to broaden his experience and strive to improve his photography each day. Today he's devoted to making different kinds of advertising productions specializing particularly in hunting and fishing lodges or ranches; he also offers exclusive photography services for customers in few selected lodges in Argentina
